What you will learn when you study a Bachelor of Design (also known as a Bachelor of Graphic Design or Bachelor of Animation) will vary depending on the education provider you choose. 

At UniSQ, all our Bachelor of Digital Design students study industry relevant core courses that provide you with the transferrable skills to thrive in a variety of media and communication environments. These courses include learnings on:

This will vary depending on your personal and professional goals. Digital design degrees go by a variety of different names such as a Bachelor of Design or Bachelor of Game Design so it is good to know all of your options.

• Animation: Also commonly known as a Bachelor of Animation, you can craft compelling animated 2D and 3D moving visuals and gain hands-on experience with animation production.

In most instances, to qualify for entry into undergraduate digital design degrees such as a Bachelor of Design, Bachelor of Graphic Design or Bachelor of Game Design you will require an ATAR. These entry requirements will vary depending on the education provider you choose. 

At UniSQ, to gain entry into our Bachelor of Digital Design you need to meet a minimum ATAR and assumed knowledge. ‘Assumed knowledge’ is the term we use to explain the minimum level of knowledge we presume you have in some subjects before you start your degree. If you don’t have an ATAR, don’t worry! You can partake in an interview to apply for entry.
